About the QA Team:

Our QA team is crucial in ensuring the highest quality standards for our HRP product. Focused on validating and verifying the functionality, performance, security, and overall reliability, the QA team collaborates closely with development, product management, and customer support to deliver robust and seamless experiences to our clients.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain automation scripts using BDD frameworks.

Utilize tools such as Playwright, Selenium, Browser Stack, and Appium for automation testing.

Participate in the design and implementation of automated test scripts to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Participate in all aspects of testing for enterprise web applications

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement test strategies.

Conduct test case reviews and ensure comprehensive test coverage.

Identify, log, and track defects to resolution.

Continuously improve the automation framework to maximize return on investment.

Contribute to the enhancement of QA processes and methodologies.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in automation and performance testing.

Ability to debug and come up with root cause analysis of problems.

Experience:

1-3 years of experience in automation scripting using BDD frameworks.

Hands-on experience with Playwright, Selenium, BrowserStack, Appium, and BDD frameworks.

ISTQB Certification is an advantage

NET and Python programming experience is a plus.

Proven track record of improving automation return on investment.

Proven experience of testing enterprise web and mobile applications to closure by following industry standards

Experience in performance testing using JMeter

Experience developing test engineering tools using Python

Experience debugging and solving problems by going to root cause level

Preferred to have some one who has fair idea and/or experience leveraging AI in test engineering
