Salesforce QA Engineer

Design, document, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for complex Salesforce releases

Perform functional, regression, smoke, and UAT testing

Build and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium, Copado, or Salesforce-specific tools (e.g., Provar, Tosca)

Validate end-to-end flows involving Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities, or CPQ

Perform integration testing to ensure data integrity across Salesforce and external systems via APIs or middleware

Manage the defect lifecycle, including root-cause analysis and verification

Collaborate with DevOps to integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines
