About The Opportunity
Technology & Software Product Development delivering scalable web and backend applications in a fast-paced Digital Products & SaaS environment. We are hiring an on-site Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer in Jaipur to own test strategy and execution across customer-facing web applications and backend services. This role works closely with Engineering, Product, and DevOps to ensure high-quality, timely releases.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design, author and execute comprehensive manual and automated test plans, test cases, and regression suites for web, mobile and backend services.
- Develop and maintain automation test suites using Selenium WebDriver and TestNG (Java/Python ecosystems); increase test coverage and reduce flaky tests.
- Validate RESTful APIs using Postman and automated API test frameworks; author SQL queries to verify data integrity and backend workflows.
- Log, triage and manage defects in JIRA; collaborate with developers to reproduce issues, verify fixes and close tickets.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, run nightly and pre-release regression suites, and produce clear release-quality reports and metrics.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, contribute to QA strategy and process improvements, and mentor junior QA engineers.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).

- This is an on-site role in India ability to work from the office full-time is required.
