We are looking for a smart, proactive, and automation-driven Software Quality Engineer.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web and API applications
- Build scalable and maintainable test automation frameworks
- Perform manual, regression, and exploratory testing when required
- Collaborate closely with Developers, Product Owners, and Business teams
- Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and quality discussions
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
- Identify risks early and proactively improve test coverage and processes
- Contribute to improving overall QA standards and best practices
Required Skills & Experience
- 24 years of experience in Software Testing / QA
- Strong experience in automation testing (minimum 1+ year hands-on)
- Experience with one or more automation tools:
- Selenium WebDriver
- Cypress
- Playwright
- API testing experience using:
- Postman / RestAssured / similar tools
- Programming knowledge in at least one language:
- Java / JavaScript / TypeScript / Python
- Good understanding of:
- Test case design techniques
- SDLC & STLC
- Agile methodologies
- Git version control
Good to Have
- CI/CD exposure (Jenkins / GitHub Actions / GitLab CI)
- BDD frameworks (Cucumber, Gherkin)
- Basic database querying skills (SQL)
- Performance testing exposure (JMeter / k6)
- Knowledge of working in the ERP Domain( Frappe preferrable)
