We are looking for a QA Automation Engineer with 3+ years of experience and a perfectionist who can ensure that our products work flawless.

He/she may have to work on multiple projects at once, also work to improve the company's best practices from a testing standpoint.

What you will do:

• Set up, develop & maintain automation framework for mobile, web and API platforms.
• Understand quality needs specific to our product and customers, to derive and implement appropriate testing strategies and scenarios.
• Work seamlessly with the stakeholders and ascertain top quality releases.
• Investigate defect leakage and provide preventive measures.
• Identify CI/CD tools, define branching strategies and set up CI/CD pipeline.
• Research latest testing tools & methodologies and improve existing practices and processes.
• Guide and mentor junior team members.

• Passion for testing, automation, and debugging.
• Good knowledge of QA concepts and methodologies.
• Experience in developing scalable automation frameworks.
• Attention to detail and good problem - solving skills.
• Competency in at least one programming language.
• Diagnose, debug and perform root cause analysis of issues and defects.
• Experience in non-functional testing such as performance testing, security testing, SAAS testing etc will be an added advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good time management and organisational skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced start-up environment.
