Job Description
We are looking for a Test Engineer with 3+ years of experience and a perfectionist who can ensure that our products work flawless.
He/she may have to work on multiple projects at once, also work to improve the company's best practices from a testing standpoint
What You Will Do
- Set up, develop & maintain automation framework for mobile, web and API platforms.
- Understand quality needs specific to our product and customers, to derive and implement appropriate testing strategies and scenarios.
- Work seamlessly with the stakeholders and ascertain top quality releases.
- Investigate defect leakage and provide preventive measures.
- Identify CI/CD tools, define branching strategies and set up CI/CD pipeline.
- Research latest testing tools & methodologies and improve existing practices and processes.
- Guide and mentor junior team members.

- Good knowledge of QA concepts and methodologies.
- Experience in developing scalable automation frameworks.
- Attention to detail and good problem - solving skills.
- Competency in at least one programming language.
- Diagnose, debug and perform root cause analysis of issues and defects.
- Experience in non-functional testing such as performance testing, security testing, SAAS testing etc will be an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good time management and organisational skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced start-up environment.
