Python Developer

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled 4-8 yrs of Python Developer with hands-on experience in Generative AI technologies to design, develop, and deploy intelligent AI-driven applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python development, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI orchestration frameworks, and cloud-native application development.

The role involves building scalable GenAI solutions, integrating AI models into enterprise applications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative AI-powered products.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable applications using Python.
• Build and implement Generative AI and LLM-based solutions.
• Develop AI-powered chatbots, copilots, search assistants, and automation workflows.
• Integrate OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar LLM APIs into enterprise platforms.
• Work with frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, or Semantic Kernel.
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases.
• Fine-tune prompts and optimize LLM responses for accuracy and performance.
• Build REST APIs and microservices for AI applications.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers, ML Engineers, and Product teams.
• Ensure code quality, scalability, security, and performance best practices.
• Participate in architecture discussions and technical design reviews.

Core Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Python development.
• Experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Knowledge of prompt engineering and RAG architecture.
• Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, or similar AI frameworks.
