Key Responsibilities
- Contributing as a product expert, analyzing and translating business needs into long-term solution data models. Evaluating existing data systems and working with the development team to create conceptual data models and data flows.
- Understands what is out of the box vs. configuration vs. customization of base software product platforms, as well as performance, scalability, and usability considerations.
- Develop and maintain data ingestion, data analysis, and reporting solutions for Clinical data
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex data-related problems
- Develop and maintain documentation, processes, and workflows related to Clinical data review process
- Troubleshoot and debug issues related to data ingestion, analysis, and reporting
- Serve as subject matter expert and keep up-to-date with new technologies and industry trends
Experience and Skills
- Experienced and familiarity with data ingestion and processing capabilities
- Ability to utilize design thinking to perform prototyping and architecture definition of extraction transformation and loading (ETL) processing.
- Expert level programming capability (Python and PL/SQL, SAS) or ability to read/interpret code and engage expert programmer.
- Frameworks/Libraries: Pandas, Numpy |Version Control: GitHub
- Experienced in working in in GCP and regulated data space.
- Candidate must carry excellent communication, analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Data Science is a plus.
Domain experience:
- Strong expertise in clinical data management domain.
- Fair understanding of CDISC/SDTM mapping standards.
