Overview
We are looking for a Python Automation Engineer with experience in Generative AI frameworks to design and develop intelligent automation solutions for modern applications. The role involves building AI-powered testing frameworks, LLM-driven QA agents, and scalable automation systems using Python and GenAI technologies. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Python automation, Playwright/Selenium testing frameworks, API testing, and integrating LLM-based systems using LangChain, LangGraph, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
Responsibilities
The Position:
- Design and develop intelligent automation solutions using Python and Generative AI technologies.
- Develop and maintain test automation frameworks using Python and Playwright/Selenium.
- Build API automation and backend testing frameworks.
- Implement AI-assisted test case generation and execution using LLMs.
- Automate regression, functional, and integration testing pipelines.
- Design and implement LLM-based QA automation agents using LangChain and LangGraph.
- Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to enable AI agents to query documentation, logs, and test data.
- Integrate LLMs with API documentation (Swagger/OpenAPI) to automatically generate test scenarios.
- Develop AI-driven debugging and failure analysis tools.
- Create autonomous testing agents capable of understanding API documentation, generating test cases, executing tests via Playwright, analyzing logs, and reporting failures.
- Integrate automation frameworks with CI/CD pipelines such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab.
What We're Looking For
- Strong experience in Python (7+ years).
- Hands-on experience with Playwright (2+ years) and Selenium.
- Experience working with LLMs and AI frameworks including LangChain or LangGraph.
- Hands-on experience building Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
- Experience working with OpenAI APIs or Claude APIs.
- Experience developing AI agents or AI-driven workflows in real-world applications.
- Demonstrated experience building or deploying AI-based solutions (not limited to AI-assisted coding tools).
- Strong understanding of API testing and REST APIs.
- Exposure to end-to-end AI solution development.
- Understanding of agent orchestration and real-world AI use cases.
- Experience integrating automation with CI/CD pipelines.
