Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage purchase operations, including procurement planning, vendor development, and raw material sourcing.
- Develop and implement effective purchasing strategies to optimize costs and improve supply chain efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards in all procurement activities.
- Analyze market trends, supplier performance, and contractual obligations to inform strategic decisions.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 7-12 years of experience in purchase operations or a related field (FMCG).
- Strong understanding of Purchase Planning, Purchase Vendor Development, Raw Material Procurement processes.
- Excellent negotiation skills with ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
- Proficiency in SAPs system is required; knowledge of other ERP systems an added advantage.
