Job Description

Key Deliverables:

  1. Use SAP and project-specific tools for administration and order entry.
  2. Raise purchase requisitions and ensure proper project invoicing.
  3. Coordinate project shipments and maintain necessary documentation.
  4. Monitor project completion and assist with the retrieval of Bank Guarantee/Performance Bond documents.

Role Responsibilities:

  1. Adopt structured filing systems for project documentation.
  2. Prepare project billing/invoices in line with customer requirements.
  3. Coordinate with the Distribution department for shipment and delivery.
  4. Track order progress and ensure timely delivery from suppliers.
