Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Purchase Manager with 8–10 years of relevant experience in the Real Estate industry to manage end-to-end procurement for residential, commercial and group housing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage procurement of construction materials, MEP items, finishing materials, consumables and project requirements.
• Identify, evaluate and negotiate with vendors, suppliers and contractors.
• Ensure timely procurement as per project schedules, specifications and approved budgets.
• Obtain and compare quotations, negotiate rates, payment terms and delivery schedules.
• Develop and maintain a strong network of reliable construction material suppliers.
• Coordinate with Projects, Construction, QS, Stores, Finance and Planning teams.
• Monitor purchase orders, material deliveries, quality and vendor performance.
• Ensure procurement is cost-effective while maintaining required quality and specifications.
• Maintain proper documentation of RFQs, comparative statements, POs, vendor records and purchase reports.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and approval processes.
