Export Import / Purchase Executive
Responsible for import/export operations, procurement, vendor coordination, and compliance. must have strong knowledge of (Export and Import) EXIM procedures, documentation, logistics, GST/TDS, and Tally ERP. Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills required.

Key Responsibilities
Import Export Management
- Manage end-to-end import and export processes including sourcing, logistics, and compliance.
- Prepare and handle export documentation (Re-Export, Drumming Export, Duty Drawback).
- Oversee pre-shipment and post-shipment documentation.
- Coordinate export permissions, shipping bills, overseas commercial documents, and record-keeping.
- Handle import documentation (procurement, clearance till lifting).
- Coordinate with CHA (Customs House Agent) and shipping lines for clearance of shipments.
- Manage Bond/HSS documentation and ensure timely clearance.
- Verify checklists, bills of entry, duty payments, and shipping bills.
Procurement Vendor Coordination
- Review purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery.
- Prepare estimates and proforma invoices.
- Ensure smooth communication with suppliers and customers regarding shipments.
- Address and resolve issues during import/export processes.
- Develop and implement EXIM strategies to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and increase profitability.
Logistics Documentation
- Handle logistics operations including invoicing, delivery orders, and duty payments.
- Check and verify bills of landing and other shipping documents.
- Maintain accurate documentation for compliance and audit purposes.
Finance Accounting Support
- Manage GST TDS monthly payments.
- Record entries in Tally and maintain voucher records.
- Prepare vendor payments and client outstanding reports.
- Maintain stock summaries and ensure proper reconciliation.
Risk Management Compliance
- Identify and mitigate risks related to international trade such as delays, damages, or losses.
- Ensure compliance with import-export procedures and statutory requirements.
Qualifications Skills
- Graduate in Commerce/Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred).
- Strong knowledge of import-export procedures, documentation, and compliance.
- Experience in coordinating with CHA, shipping lines, and suppliers.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Office.
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, and other statutory payments.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
