Job description:
o Negotiate pricing contracts with subcontractors and suppliers
o To Procure the Best Quality of Material economically (Lowest Cost) within the stipulated Delivery Period
o To Maintain Uninterrupted Flow of material to support the development schedules o To Develop New Vendors and maintain good Buyer-Seller relationship o To promote source development
o Daily routine works I.e. Negotiation with supplier, placement of order, full-up, tracking material, etc.,
o Ensure compliance with project budgets and provide analysis of deviations
o 4 years experience in Purchase
o Real Estate Experience preferred
