Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Source and develop new vendors for sheet metal raw materials and fabrication-related items.
Prepare and process purchase orders as per approved indent.
Negotiate price, delivery terms, and payment conditions with suppliers.
Monitor delivery schedules and ensure on-time material receipt.
Maintain vendor performance records.
Knowledge of cost comparison and cost-saving techniques.
Follow-up with suppliers for timely delivery
Coordination with Production, Planning, Stores, and Quality teams
Monitoring inventory levels and avoiding material shortages
Maintaining purchase documentation and records
Strong negotiation skills
SAP knowledge
