Job Description :
- Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate terms and conditions
- Prepare and issue purchase orders in accordance with approved requirements
- Maintain vendor master data and supplier documentation
- Coordinate with stores, production, and planning teams to understand material requirements
- Track delivery schedules and follow up with suppliers for on-time delivery
- Maintain accurate purchase records, invoices, delivery challans, and contracts
- Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and audit requirements
- Assist in vendor audits and performance evaluations
- Analyze purchase costs and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Prepare purchase reports, MIS, and dashboards as required by management
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Knowledge of procurement processes and operations
- Ability to analyze quotations and commercial terms
- Proficiency in any ERP systems and MS Excel
- Good coordination and follow-up skills
- Purchase experience 1-3 Years
- Languages - Kannada, Hindi and English is mandatory
