Purchase Executive (MEP)

1. Handle procurement of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) materials, equipment, and consumables for multiple project sites across India.

2. Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors & suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality compliance.

3. Prepare purchase orders, follow up on deliveries, and ensure timely supply to project locations.

4. Maintain vendor database, build strong supplier relationships, and develop alternate sourcing channels.

5. Coordinate with project, engineering, and accounts teams for material requirement planning and payment processing.

6. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and statutory requirements in procurement processes.

7. Monitor inventory levels and assist in demand forecasting for MEP materials.

8. Track and resolve discrepancies in orders, invoices, and deliveries.

9. Support the centralized procurement strategy for Pan India operations.

Qualification:

• Graduate / Diploma (preferred in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or Supply Chain).
• 36 years of experience in procurement of MEP materials in the construction/contracting industry.
• Strong knowledge of MEP items, specifications, and vendor base across India.
• Proficient in MS Office, ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/Tally or equivalent).
• Strong negotiation, vendor management, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to project sites across Pan India.
