Job Title: Purchase Executive – Real Estate or Civil Industry

Experience Required:1–7 years (Real Estate / Construction Industry preferred)
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Purchase Executive with a strong background in real estate/construction. The role involves sourcing, negotiating, and procuring materials and services for ongoing and upcoming projects while ensuring cost efficiency, quality, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end procurement of construction materials (cement, steel, tiles, electricals, plumbing, fittings, etc.)
- Source and evaluate vendors/suppliers specific to real estate and construction projects
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts
- Prepare and process purchase orders as per project requirements
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and stores for planning and delivery
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment
- Maintain vendor database and build long-term relationships
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies
- Track market trends and price fluctuations in construction materials
- Manage documentation, billing coordination, and GRN processes
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Commerce, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience in procurement within real estate/construction companies (mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of construction materials and vendors
- Good negotiation and vendor management skills
- Familiarity with ERP/procurement systems
- Strong communication and coordination abilities
Preferred Skills:
- Understanding of project-based procurement cycles
- Costing and budgeting knowledge
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
Key Requirement:
Candidates must have prior experience in real estate or construction procurement; an existing vendor network is highly preferred.
