Purchase Executive

Job Title: Purchase Executive

Experience: 3-5 years

Preferred Industry: EMS, Electronics.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Executive with 3–5 years of experience in procurement. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing expertise across Asia and Rest of World (ROW), solid knowledge of commercial terms, and the ability to manage end-to-end purchasing activities to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Source and identify reliable suppliers across Asia and Rest of World (ROW) markets.

2.Develop and manage vendor relationships to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery.

3.Evaluate supplier quotations based on price, quality, delivery timelines, and compliance.

4.Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers.

5.Release purchase orders and follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any supply chain issues.

6.Demonstrate strong understanding of HSN codes and maintain healthy relatioship with suppliers for payment terms, taxation and logistics coordination.

7.Maintain accurate procurement records, documentation, and reporting.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree with 3–5 years of relevant experience in procurement or purchasing roles.

Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.

Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Strong analytical and organizational abilities.

Ability to manage multiple vendors and priorities effectively.
