Job Description

Company Description

RxMen is evolving into a comprehensive men's health platform focused on three interconnected domains: sexual health, sleep, and emotional health.

We are building an integrated, evidence-based ecosystem that moves beyond symptom-led care into root-cause driven intervention, with a strong emphasis on the gut–brain axis, behavioural science, and personalised psychiatry. Our approach combines clinical rigour with accessibility, ensuring that men receive structured, stigma-free, and outcome-oriented care.

By bringing psychiatry, psychology, and medical interventions under one roof, RxMen aims to redefine how men engage with their health, shifting the conversation from crisis management to functional optimisation.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for a Consultant Psychiatrist specialising in men's mental health.

The Psychiatrist will lead clinical care across sexual health, sleep disorders, and emotional health conditions, delivering comprehensive psychiatric assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning in line with Indian regulatory frameworks. The role includes medication management, psychotherapy integration, and close collaboration with psychologists and physicians to deliver structured, protocol-driven care.

You will play a central role in shaping clinical pathways and ensuring that patient care is evidence-based, compliant, and aligned with functional outcomes, not just symptom relief.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed psychiatric assessments across sexual health, sleep, and emotional health domains
  • Diagnose and manage conditions including anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, stress-related conditions, insomnia, and psychosexual dysfunctions
  • Prescribe and optimise pharmacological treatments in accordance with Indian telemedicine and in-clinic regulations
  • Collaborate with psychologists for integrated therapy + medication plans
  • Contribute to development of structured clinical protocols and care pathways
  • Provide patient and family education in a clear, stigma-free, and practical manner
  • Maintain high standards of documentation, consent, and medico-legal compliance

Qualifications

  • MD Psychiatry, DNB Psychiatry, or DPM (recognised in India)
  • Valid registration with State Medical Council / NMC
  • Strong clinical grounding in general adult psychiatry
  • Experience or demonstrated interest in sexual health, sleep medicine, or behavioural health
  • Ability to work in a structured, protocol-driven, and collaborative environment
  • Clear, confident, and compassionate communication skills

Preferred Experience

  • Prior experience in men's health or psychosexual medicine
  • Exposure to sleep disorder management within psychiatric practice
  • Experience working in multidisciplinary or integrated care setups
  • Familiarity with digital health platforms and structured outcome tracking

What This Role Is (and Isn't)

This is not a volume-driven OPD role.

This is for someone who wants to:

  • Build systems, not just see patients
  • Think in frameworks, not just prescriptions
  • Work at the intersection of clinical care, product, and behaviour change
