Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Assess patients through interviews, observations, tests, and review of medical history to make accurate diagnoses.
Develop comprehensive treatment plans and prescribe medication as needed.

Follow up regularly with patients to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans.
Document patient diagnoses, symptoms, medications, and treatment effectiveness thoroughly.
