Job Description

About CertifyOS

CertifyOS is building the data infrastructure that powers modern healthcare.

Today, healthcare organizations rely on fragmented and outdated provider data. This creates unnecessary administrative work, regulatory risk, and higher costs across the system. We're solving that problem.

Our API-first platform automates provider licensing, enrollment, credentialing, and network monitoring by connecting directly to hundreds of primary data sources. We help healthcare organizations maintain accurate, compliant, and reliable provider networks at scale.

Our vision is simple: One API. One provider ID. Frictionless provider data.

We're backed by leading investors and built by a team with deep experience in provider data systems. At CertifyOS, we value authenticity, accountability, collaboration, results, and openness to feedback. We're building a high-ownership team focused on solving real infrastructure problems that impact millions of patients.

About The Role

As a pivotal member of the team, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation and onboarding process for new client partners at CertifyOS, including facilitating Provider Data Management (PDM) configuration for clients seeking to expand their scope of services. This involves working closely with the Implementation leader, internal partner teams, and client stakeholders to execute the standard process for the successful implementation of the CertifyOS Provider Data Management product and associated services. Your role will be instrumental in maintaining a seamless client journey and setting our clients up for success. Additionally, you will participate in the Provider Data Management feedback loop to optimize existing processes and tooling, and, as a pioneer in this new role, provide feedback and suggestions for its continued development.

What You'll Do

In this role, you will support the implementation and onboarding process for new client partners, managing multiple implementations simultaneously. You will work cross-functionally with key stakeholders from various teams, utilizing multiple tools to drive successful PDM configuration and launch. A key part of the role is supporting clients as they complete standard implementation tasks and learn to use the CertifyOS platform, which includes generating supporting implementation documentation to drive client alignment and successful PDM configuration. You will be expected to maintain a seamless client experience from contract execution to go-live, demonstrate critical thinking through creative problem solving and risk mitigation for client implementations, and be responsible for tactical setup work to ensure a timely and complete go-live for Provider Data Management clients.
