Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage sales activities to achieve business targets through dealers and distributors.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, identifying their needs and providing solutions.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and promotions.
  • Analyze sales data to optimize performance and improve results.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-6 years of experience in industrial sales, coatings, protective coating, or related fields.
  • B.Sc (Any Specialization) or B.Tech/B.E. degree required; MBA preferred.
  • Strong understanding of industrial coatings, industrial paints, and protective coatings industry trends.
