- Lead Mastery: Take full ownership of leads from digital marketing campaigns, events, and other channels—qualify them, track them accurately into our CRM, and kickstart their journey from cold to warm to hot prospects ;
- Relentless Follow-Up: Engage prospects via phone, email, and personalized outreach to nurture relationships, overcome objections, and secure commitments for meetings with Relationship Managers ;
- Meeting Powerhouse: Deliver atleast 50 confirmed meetings monthly, ensuring smooth handoffs to RMs for onboarding and closing deals that build lasting client portfolios ;
- Process Perfection: Track progress in CRM, analyze conversion funnels, and collaborate with marketing and Relationship Managers to optimize lead flow and hit targets consistently ;
Who We're Looking For : Prospect Pipeline Hero
- 5+ years in lead coordination, customer acquisition, or sales support within financial services, wealth management, or high-touch B2C industries.
- Pleasing personality with exceptional verbal and written communication with natural ability to build rapport, engage prospects effortlessly, and close the loop on meetings.
- Tech-savvy with CRM working knowledge (e.g zoho or similar) and tools like email automation, LinkedIn outreach, and analytics dashboards.
- Proven track record of hitting volume targets (think 50+ meetings/month) in fast-paced environments.
- Bonus: Familiarity with Indian financial markets, SIPs, or wealth advisory plus a passion for financial literacy.
