Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for a Performance Marketer (D2C & Marketplaces) to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth in ecommerce marketplaces.

This role will own paid marketing, organic growth, and CRM engagement across channels including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, WhatsApp marketing, and email campaigns, while also managing marketplace advertising on platforms like Amazon and Flipkart.

The ideal candidate will combine data-driven performance marketing with strong ecommerce understanding to scale revenue while improving ROAS, ACoS, and customer lifetime value.

What You'll Own

D2C Performance Marketing

  • Plan and execute paid acquisition campaigns for the D2C website
  • Manage campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads
  • Optimize campaigns to improve conversion rates and reduce cost per acquisition
  • Drive growth in website traffic, conversions, and revenue

Marketplace Advertising

  • Manage advertising across marketplaces including Amazon and Flipkart.
  • Responsibilities include:
  • Keyword research and campaign optimization
  • Managing auto and manual campaigns
  • Reducing ACoS while increasing marketplace revenue
  • Identifying hero products and scaling ads for top-performing SKUs

SEO & Organic Growth

  • Drive SEO strategy for the D2C website
  • Optimize product pages, category pages, and blog content for search visibility
  • Improve organic traffic and reduce dependency on paid marketing

CRM & Customer Retention

  • Own customer engagement through:
  • WhatsApp marketing campaigns using tools such as Smartflo
  • Email marketing automation

Campaigns include:

  • Abandoned cart recovery
  • Reorder reminders
  • Product education campaigns
  • Promotional and seasonal campaigns

Marketing Analytics & Reporting

  • Track campaign performance including ROAS, ACoS, CAC, and conversion rates
  • Build marketing dashboards and provide actionable insights
  • Optimize budget allocation across channels

What Success Looks Like

  • Increased D2C website revenue and traffic
  • Reduced ACoS across marketplace ads
  • Improved ROAS across Meta and Google campaigns
  • Higher repeat purchase rate through CRM channels

Who This Role Is For

  • 3–6 years experience in performance marketing for ecommerce or D2C brands
  • Strong experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and marketplace advertising
  • Knowledge of SEO and ecommerce growth strategies
  • Experience with CRM marketing such as WhatsApp and email automation
  • Highly analytical and comfortable working with marketing data
