Job Purpose

The Marketing Automation Specialist – International is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing automated marketing initiatives across global regions. The role focuses on leveraging marketing automation platforms to deliver personalized, scalable email campaigns that support lead generation, customer engagement, and retention, while ensuring alignment with regional business objectives and compliance standards.

A Glimpse of Your Daily Mission

Email Campaigns and Automation

  • Design, build, test, and optimize automated email workflows using marketing automation platforms.
  • Develop segmented email campaigns targeting multiple customer profiles and stages across the marketing funnel.
  • Monitor and analyze email performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions, implementing continuous improvements.

Customer Relationship Management and Automation Platforms

  • Manage and optimize customer relationship management systems and marketing automation tools, including integrations with third-party platforms.
  • Ensure data accuracy, contact segmentation, lead scoring, and hygiene standards are consistently maintained.
  • Build and manage lead nurturing programs and automated customer journey workflows.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting

  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance, translating data insights into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
  • Conduct testing initiatives to optimize email content, subject lines, templates, and sending strategies.

Collaboration and Strategy

  • Collaborate with content, design, sales, and digital teams to ensure marketing campaigns align with overall business goals.
  • Work closely with international marketing teams to adapt automation strategies to regional requirements, regulations, and compliance standards, including data privacy legislation.

Business Knowledge and Market Awareness

  • Apply strong understanding of how marketing, digital content, e-commerce, and product teams collaborate to drive commercial outcomes.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in digital and automated marketing.

Your Qualifications

  • Minimum three years of hands-on experience working with marketing automation and customer relationship management platforms.
  • Proven experience planning and executing high-performing email marketing and automation campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of customer relationship management and email marketing best practices, including segmentation, personalization, and lead nurturing.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into performance improvements.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to collaborate effectively across international teams.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with high attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
