Proposal Writing-Analyst/Sr Analyst/Team Lead
Location: India. Global support role with flexible working hours to support international deadlines.
Note – This role will require
working in a night shift from 7:00 PM to 3:00 AM IST.
Role summary:
Act as a player-coach by leading end-to-end proposal delivery, including planning, scheduling, delegating work, and directly contributing to complex, high-value proposals and RFP and RFx responses.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end proposal development and delivery timelines for assigned pursuits
- Define response strategies, storyboards, and win themes
- Ensure proposal compliance with evaluation criteria
- Serve as the primary coordination point for proposal delivery with global stakeholders across time zones
- Review, coach, delegate work to, and quality-check outputs from analysts and senior analysts
- Drive continuous improvement of proposal practices, standards, and team effectiveness
- Support team operations, delivery planning, and proposal process improvements as required
- Review and quality-check client satisfaction reports and deliverables
- Escalate delivery risks, capacity issues, or quality concerns as needed
Experience profile:
- 3-10 years of proposal development or RFP and RFx development experience in a professional services environment
- Experience with proposal management, delivery oversight, and team coordination in proposal environments
- Advanced experience working in sourcing platforms such as Ariba, Coupa, Jaggaer, GEP, Zycus, etc.
- Solution-oriented with strong ownership and follow-through in fast-paced proposal environments
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Advanced business writing and communications skills in English
- Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Word
- Proven ability to independently manage proposal workstreams
