We are looking for a Proposal Writer with 3-4 years of experience and a strong analytical and structured working style. The role focuses on systematically scouring and tracking bid opportunities (tenders, RFPs, RFIs, EOIs, grants) and developing high-quality, compliant proposals for institutional, donor and government clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Track and shortlist relevant tenders, RFPs, RFIs, EOIs and grant opportunities across portals and donor platforms.
- Prepare bid summaries and eligibility checks.
- Write proposals, concept notes, EOIs and RFP responses.
- Analyze tender documents and extract technical and compliance requirements.
- Ensure proposals meet submission guidelines, evaluation criteria and deadlines.
What We're Looking For
- 3-4 years of experience in proposal writing for bids or donor proposals.
- Strong analytical and structuring ability.
- Excellent written English and attention to detail.
- Highly organized and deadline-driven.
Nice to Have
- Exposure to government or multilateral donor tenders.
- Experience in writing proposals across sectors such as technology, development, education, sustainability, climate.
