Proposal Team Lead, LCS

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the proposal development process from scoping to delivery and customer presentation
• Lead a team of 10–12 proposal engineers, providing guidance, mentoring, and ensuring functional excellence
• Organize and schedule tasks to drive productivity and timely delivery of proposals
• Ensure proposals meet quality, cost-effectiveness, customer satisfaction, and compliance standards
• Act as technical subject matter expert on Rockwell Automation products, services, and solutions
• Support estimations and commercial proposal development
• Manage audits, document compliance, and address risks promptly
• Collaborate with India Regional stakeholders, including commercial, delivery, and business managers
• Work with departments such as sales, finance, legal, procurement, engineering, and project management
• Collaborate with Technical Leads/SMEs and Project Managers to clarify technical issues and propose execution plans
• Engage stakeholders to improve proposal deliverables and increase business engagement
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in proposal processes, standardization, and knowledge sharing
• Foster teamwork, collaboration, and professional development within the proposal team
