Key Responsibilities:
Cybersecurity Leadership:
- Promote a strong security culture across the organization
- Oversee implementation and maintenance of cybersecurity policies, frameworks, and controls
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards (NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR)
- Act as a key liaison with senior management and business units on cybersecurity matters
- Coach, mentor, and develop cybersecurity analysts and IT teams
- Oversee delivery of complex security systems and integration into operational products
Infrastructure & Operations Management:
- Design, deploy, and optimize IT infrastructure including networks, servers, cloud platforms, and end-user technologies
- Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of IT systems
- Support platform engineering initiatives including automation, self-service, and secure software practices
- Partner with development teams to improve developer experience in lower environments
- Drive adoption of AI tools for autonomous infrastructure operations
Strategic Planning & Execution:
- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for cybersecurity and IT infrastructure
- Partner with architecture and procurement teams to implement new technologies
- Monitor KPIs and SLAs to ensure service excellence
- Support continuous delivery improvements
- Apply AI concepts (machine learning, NLP, generative AI) to IT operations
Team Leadership & Development:
- Build and mentor high-performing IT teams across security and infrastructure domains
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability
- Promote continuous learning in emerging technologies and AI
