Proposal Engineer

• Prepare technical and commercial proposals based on client and tender requirements

• Develop cost-effective automation solutions using Rockwell Automation and third-party products

• Create bottom-up cost estimation for engineering solutions

• Participate in client meetings for requirement gathering and scope definition

• Develop proposal documents including technical scope summaries and presentation materials

• Validate proposals using organization-approved tools and methodologies

• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality proposals within budget constraints

• Maintain confidentiality of technical, financial, and commercial data

• Collaborate with global engineering and regional teams for proposal execution

• Support knowledge sharing and best practices across proposal engineering teams

• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including sales, engineering, and operations

• Support continuous improvement in estimation accuracy and proposal efficiency

• Ensure adherence to engineering standards and reusable solution practices

• Maintain accountability for assigned tasks and deadlines
