Operations & Facility Management
• Oversee daily site operations and ensure seamless functioning of all building services
• Conduct daily site rounds and implement corrective actions based on observations
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, SLAs, KPIs, and operational standards
• Handle complaint management and occupant service requests efficiently
• Maintain strong coordination with client, vendors, and internal teams
Reporting & Documentation
• Prepare and submit DMR, MMR, MBR, QBR, and ABR reports on time
• Maintain trackers for invoices, attendance, cost sheets, and compliance reports
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry across systems like Overview, Evolution, KADence, CMO
• Maintain updated site documentation and compliance records
Vendor & Financial Management
• Manage vendor contracts, invoices, quotations, and service agreements
• Ensure timely approvals, invoice processing, and payment follow-ups
• Monitor budgeting, cost sheets, and financial reconciliation
• Maintain SLA adherence for service partners
Team & HR Management
• Handle manpower planning, recruitment coordination, and staffing requirements
• Manage attendance, payroll coordination, leave approvals, and performance evaluations
• Initiate contract renewals and staffing adjustments as per site requirements
• Conduct training programs for staff and service partners
Safety, Compliance & Risk Management
• Ensure adherence to fire safety, EHS, and statutory compliance standards
• Conduct fire drills, risk assessments, and emergency preparedness programs
• Report incidents with RCA within defined timelines
• Ensure implementation of safety manuals and SOPs
