Job Description
Job Description:
- Manage and supervise day-to-day operations of the data center during assigned shifts
- Lead a team of data center technicians, engineers, and support staff to ensure operational excellence
- Ensure high availability and uptime of IT systems, servers, and critical infrastructure
- Monitor data center systems and respond to alerts, incidents, and outages
- Escalate critical issues to relevant internal teams and ensure timely resolution
- Oversee physical security, access control, and compliance with data center protocols
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and cross-functional teams for maintenance and support
- Maintain shift logs, incident records, and performance reports
- Drive adherence to SLAs, SOPs, safety standards, and company policies
- Participate in audits, capacity planning, and disaster recovery testing
- Train new team members and ensure skill development across the team
