Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Executive, located in Bengaluru North. The Real Estate Executive will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, or renting properties while providing expert advice and ensuring a seamless transaction process. Day-to-day tasks include client interaction, property evaluations, negotiations, managing leads, coordinating site visits, maintaining relationships with developers, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of real estate market trends and property valuations
• Skills in client relationship management and effective communication
• Proficiency in negotiation, problem-solving, and objection handling
• Basic understanding of sales strategies and lead management
• Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently, and manage time effectively
• Minimum educational qualification: Bachelor's degree in any relevant field
• Previous experience in real estate, sales, or a customer-facing role is an added advantage
