Key Responsibilities
- Design conversational flows for medical appointment scenarios (booking, cancellations, rescheduling)
- Optimize LLM prompts for natural, empathetic patient interactions
- Test and iterate on voice agent responses for accuracy and compliance
- Work with healthcare-specific terminology and workflows
Requirements
- 1+ years experience with LLM prompt engineering (GPT-4, Claude, etc.)
- Understanding of conversational AI and voice interfaces
- Ability to design context-aware, multi-turn conversations
- Healthcare/medical domain experience is a plus
- Fast iteration mindset
