About the Role
We are looking for a Prompt Engineer with 24 years of experience in AI, NLP, or software development. The candidate will work on Generative AI (GenAI) solutions by designing and optimizing prompts for large language models (LLMs). Candidates with Java experience will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Write and optimize prompts for AI models (GPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.).
- Test and improve AI-generated responses for quality and accuracy.
- Work closely with developers and data teams to integrate AI solutions.
- Experiment with different prompt formats to enhance output quality.
- Document prompt templates, results, and best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in GenAI and LLM technologies.
Required Skills
- 24 years of relevant experience in AI, NLP, or software development.
- Hands-on experience with prompt engineering for LLMs.
- Strong logical and analytical thinking skills.
- Knowledge of Java or any programming language (Java preferred).
- Understanding of GenAI concepts like temperature, tokens, and context windows.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
Good to Have
- Experience with LangChain or LLMOps tools.
- Knowledge of REST APIs and cloud AI platforms (OpenAI, Anthropic, Vertex AI).
