Role Description – Sales & Marketing Executive (EdTech ERP)

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Sales & Marketing Executive responsible for driving business growth in the education sector.

The role involves identifying and engaging prospective schools and institutions, generating qualified leads, and converting them into long-term clients. You will present uTab's ERP solutions to decision-makers such as school owners, principals, and administrators, demonstrating how the platform solves real operational challenges.

You will also plan and execute marketing campaigns, conduct market research, and build strong client relationships to expand uTab's presence in the EdTech market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and target schools, preschools, and institutes for ERP adoption
  • Generate leads through field visits, networking, and digital outreach
  • Conduct product demos and presentations to key decision-makers
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Gather market insights and competitor analysis to refine positioning
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize customer onboarding and satisfaction
Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing, preferably in EdTech or SaaS
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Ability to build trust-based relationships with clients
  • Result-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and data-driven sales approaches (preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
