Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Pipeline Management
  • Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold outreach, and other outbound channels
  • Identify and engage decision-makers such as Founders, CTOs, and Operations Heads
  • Build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline
  • Track progress against sales targets and pipeline health
  • Qualify opportunities based on scope, timeline, and feasibility
  • Client Engagement & Requirement Analysis
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand client requirements and challenges
  • Analyze business problems and align them with suitable IT solutions
  • Collaborate with technical teams to define scope and deliverables
  • Proposal Development & Deal Closure
  • Prepare tailored proposals and solution presentations
  • Handle negotiations and close deals effectively
  • Sales Operations & Reporting
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM tools
  • Continuously refine sales strategies based on outcomes

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven track record in lead generation and deal closure
  • Strong understanding of software development services and digital solutions
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage the complete sales lifecycle independently
  • Experience in outbound sales (LinkedIn outreach, cold emailing)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Strong consultative selling and problem-solving approach
