Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Bhubaneswar for an Outbound Sales Representative. The individual in this role will be responsible for engaging with potential customers and generating leads through outbound calls. Additional responsibilities include understanding client needs, offering tailored travel solutions, and maintaining a high standard of customer interaction. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential for success in this role.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Inside Sales and Outbound Sales
- Strong Lead Generation and prospecting abilities to identify and pursue potential clients
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to engage effectively with clients and team members
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Knowledge of the travel industry or previous experience in a travel-related role is a plus
- Proficiency in CRM tools and basic computer software such as MS Office
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
