Betterwater is India's first soft water wellness subscription — a fully managed, zero-maintenance solution delivering consistently soft water to every tap, shower, and appliance in a home. We're already live across premium residential projects in Ahmedabad and scaling fast.

The Role

Own Betterwater's B2B pipeline across the real estate ecosystem — developers, architects, interior designers, and MEP consultants. Get us specified into projects before the first brick is laid.

You're opening doors at construction sites, architect studios, and MEP firms — convincing them to build Betterwater into every home they create.

What You'll Do

→ Prospect and close deals with developers, architects, and MEP firms

→ Drive specification at the design and planning stage

→ Manage full cycle: cold outreach

→ site visit

→ signed contract

→ Attend industry events and maintain tight CRM records

→ Mentor junior B2B executives as the team grows

Who You Are

✦ 4–8 years B2B sales, ideally in real estate or building materials ✦ Comfortable navigating multi-stakeholder, long-cycle deals ✦ Persistent, prepared, and relationship-driven ✦ Motivated by a product that genuinely improves lives

Growth Path: Sr. Sales Manager → Key Accounts Manager → Sales Head → VP Sales
