Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic professional to drive Project Sales in the building materials industry. This role involves working closely with architects, builders, contractors, and consultants to generate specifications, convert projects, and deliver sustained business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Drive project sales through identification, specification, and conversion of key projects
Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and consultants
Track upcoming projects and generate a strong sales pipeline
Achieve sales targets through effective project execution and closures
Handle pricing discussions, negotiations, and order finalization
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution and delivery
Ensure timely collections and payment follow-ups
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and new business opportunities
Key Skills Experience
Proven experience in Project Sales / Institutional Sales
Strong understanding of the building materials industry (tiles, pipes, paints, plywood, etc.)
Established network within the construction ecosystem
Ability to manage long sales cycles and complex negotiations
Track record of achieving sales targets in project business
Excellent communication and relationship management skills

Qualification
Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
