We are looking for a results-driven Sales / Business Development professional to generate and close electrical and plumbing (MEP) contracting projects in commercial and residential sectors.
The ideal candidate should have strong connections with builders, contractors, architects, and consultants, and the ability to convert leads into profitable projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities for electrical & plumbing contracting projects
- Build and maintain relationships with builders, contractors, and project consultants
- Identify upcoming projects and participate in tendering / bidding process
- Coordinate with internal teams for estimation, BOQ, and project execution
- Negotiate contracts and close deals
- Follow up on payments and client coordination throughout project lifecycle
Requirements
- 4–6 years experience in MEP / construction project sales
- Strong network in Bangalore construction market (builders, contractors, consultants)
- Basic understanding of electrical and plumbing systems / BOQ / drawings
- Proven track record in closing project deals
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and strong negotiation skills
Compensation & Benefits
- Fixed Salary: 35,000 – 50,000/month (based on experience)
- Attractive Commission: 1% – 3% per project (uncapped earnings)
