We are seeking a highly structured and execution-focused Project Management Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives, drive operational excellence, and ensure timely delivery of strategic projects across the organization.
This role will own end-to-end project governance, stakeholder coordination, reporting frameworks, and performance tracking while enabling leadership with clear visibility into execution progress and business impact.
The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capability with leadership maturity, process discipline, and the ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Project Leadership and Execution
- Lead cross-functional projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies
- Develop detailed project plans and execution roadmaps
- Ensure timely, within-scope, and high-quality delivery of initiatives
Governance and Process Management
- Establish and enforce standardized project management frameworks and best practices
- Implement structured tracking mechanisms and reporting formats
- Monitor project health including risks, blockers, and resource gaps
- Drive structured review meetings and status reporting cadence
Stakeholder Management
- Act as the central coordination point across departments
- Facilitate alignment between leadership and operational teams
- Escalate critical risks and decision bottlenecks appropriately
- Ensure clarity of ownership and accountability across stakeholders
Data and Reporting
- Develop dashboards and reports using MS Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports
- Provide leadership with actionable insights and analysis
- Support data-driven decision-making processes
Risk and Performance Management
- Identify bottlenecks and execution gaps
- Recommend corrective and preventive actions
- Proactively manage project risks and mitigation plans
- Ensure adherence to timelines and performance benchmarks
Requirements
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- 5 to 8 years of experience in Project Management or Program Management roles
- Strong expertise in project planning and execution methodologies
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Advanced Formulas; Macros preferred)
- Working knowledge of Power BI and Tableau (dashboard creation and reporting)
- Experience managing cross-functional business initiatives
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to leverage AI tools for task automation, data summarization, and productivity enhancement
Experience in growth-stage or fast-scaling organizations
- Exposure to operational improvement or process optimization initiatives
Familiarity with Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, or similar platforms for reporting, documentation, and workflow optimization
