Job Description
Lead endtoend project delivery ensuring alignment with business goals and strategic priorities
Define project scope objectives deliverables and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders
Develop detailed project plans schedules budgets and resource allocation strategies
Manage project risks issues and dependencies implement mitigation strategies
Oversee crossfunctional teams ensuring effective collaboration accountability and communication
Track progress against key milestones and performance indicators report project status to leadership and clients
Ensure compliance with organizational standards governance processes and quality assurance requirements
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Drive process improvements and contribute to project management best practices
Mentor and guide junior project managers or team members as needed
Qualifications Experience
Bachelors degree in Engineering Computer Science Business or related field Masters preferred
1015 years of overall experience with at least 7 years in direct project management roles
PMP PRINCE2 or Agile certification preferred
Proven track record of delivering medium to largescale projects within budget and timeline
Strong experience in stakeholder management budgeting and risk management
Excellent communication leadership and negotiation skills
Proficiency in project management tools eg MS Project JIRA Asana or Smartsheet
Experience in specific domain eg IT infrastructure software development construction etc is highly desirable
