Role Summary:
The Technical Delivery Manager will own endtoend delivery of complex, enterprisescale technology programs, acting as the single point of accountability across planning, execution, governance, and customer success. This role requires strong technical depth, stakeholder leadership, and the ability to drive predictable outcomes across multistream deliveries. Experience with the Atlassian ecosystem is a strong advantage.

What you will do:
EndtoEnd Delivery Ownership:
- Own full lifecycle delivery of complex, largescale technical programs from initiation to closure
- Manage scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and delivery commitments across multiple workstreams
- Ensure adherence to delivery governance, quality standards, and contractual outcomes
Stakeholder & Client Management:
- Lead senior stakeholder and executivelevel communication across business, IT, and partners
- Provide clear visibility into delivery status, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans
- Act as a trusted delivery partner and escalation owner for clients
Technical Leadership & Blocker Resolution:
- Partner closely with architects, engineering, and platform teams to resolve technical blockers
- Anticipate risks early and drive pragmatic, scalable technical and delivery solutions
- Translate technical complexity into clear, businessoriented communication
Delivery Governance & Execution:
- Drive delivery using Agile, Hybrid, or Waterfall methodologies as appropriate
- Lead crossfunctional teams including engineering, QA, platform, migration, and operations
- Own golive readiness, cutovers, hypercare, and transition to steadystate support
- Responsible for program/project delivery including scope, quality, timeline, commercials, and effort adherence
Required Skills & Experience
- 12+ years of experience in technical delivery, program, or project management
- Proven track record delivering large, complex, enterprisescale initiatives
- Strong understanding of software delivery, cloud platforms, integrations, and enterprise systems
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to operate confidently with senior leadership and client executives
Added Advantage (Strong Plus Atlassian Focused)
- Strong experience with the Atlassian ecosystem Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management (Cloud / Data Center)
- Handson exposure to Atlassian Cloud migrations, enterprise implementations, integrations, and optimization
- Ability to align delivery with Atlassian best practices, governance models, and enterprise standards
Preferred Certifications & Background
- PMP / PgMP / PRINCE2 / SAFe / Scrum Master or equivalent delivery certifications
- ITIL certification (especially for service managementled programs)
- Atlassian Certifications / Accreditations (ACP, ACPJSM, ACPCloud, etc.) strong advantage
- Experience working in consulting / professional services environments delivering clientfacing engagements
