Role Overview

The Process Manager will oversee the end-to-end delivery process for IT projects,

ensuring efficient coordination between development teams, business teams, and

clients. The role requires a strong technical background to guide the development team,

ensure deliverables meet customer requirements, and maintain process efficiency

across multiple projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications

a. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or

related field.

b. 4+ years of experience in IT project coordination, delivery, or process

management roles.

c. Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile

methodologies.

d. Exposure to custom build ecosystem (ReactJS, Zoho, Postgres) preferred.

e. Technical proficiency in JavaScript, SQL, APIs, or web technologies to

support and guide the team.

Preferred Qualifications

a. Experience in client-facing roles within IT services or product

development.

b. Certification in Project Management (PMP / PRINCE2 / Scrum Master) is

an added advantage.
