Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end project delivery using Agile/Scrum methodology
Lead financial reporting automation initiatives across service lines
Establish and standardize Oracle Project Accounting (PA) structures across teams
Coordinate with Program Manager to resolve dependencies and blockers
Track project progress, risks, and issues with effective mitigation strategies
Provide regular status updates and reporting to stakeholders
Ensure alignment between finance, accounting, and operational teams
Manage change requests and ensure proper change management practices
Facilitate communication across internal stakeholders and business units
Navigate organizational complexities and ensure smooth execution
