Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Project Manager based in Varanasi. The Project Manager will handle day-to-day project planning, coordination, and execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Responsibilities include managing resources, monitoring project progress, coordinating inspections, expediting operations, overseeing logistics, and communicating with stakeholders effectively. The role requires managing risks, resolving challenges proactively, and ensuring quality standards are upheld.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Project Management and experience in planning, organizing, and driving projects forward to timely completion
- Experience in Expediting and skills as an Expeditor to ensure smooth workflows and resolve bottlenecks
- Expertise in Logistics Management, including coordination and oversight of resource flow and delivery
- Knowledge and experience in Inspection processes to maintain quality and compliance
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving ability and decision-making capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred
- Prior experience in a similar role in a technical or development-focused environment is advantageous
