Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master / Project Manager with 5+ years of experience to lead and manage Agile projects. The ideal candidate will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, manage project delivery, and ensure smooth collaboration between cross-functional teams in a fully remote, night-shift environment.
Qualifications
Key Responsibilities
- Act as Scrum Master for Agile teams and ensure Scrum best practices are followed
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives)
- Manage project timelines, scope, risks, and dependencies
- Remove impediments and support the team to achieve sprint goals
- Coordinate with Product Owners and stakeholders for requirement clarity and prioritization
- Track project progress and report status to stakeholders
- Ensure on-time and high-quality delivery of projects
Additional Information
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master / Project Manager
- Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies
- Experience managing distributed or remote teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work effectively in night shift
- Experience with Agile tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
