Role Overview:
We seek a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and manage end-to-end project execution. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, while coordinating cross-functional teams in a high-growth FinTech domain.
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan, execute, and deliver multiple complex projects, maintaining tight adherence to scope, schedule, and budgets.
- Define clear project scope and objectives, engaging all relevant stakeholders from inception.
- Develop detailed project plans and monitor progress using leading project management tools.
- Coordinate efficiently with cross-functional teams including technology, product, marketing, and operations.
- Manage risks proactively, resolve issues promptly, and minimise project impact.
- Ensure resource availability, effective allocation, and timely onboarding for project success.
- Prepare and deliver regular project status reports and presentations to senior management and key stakeholders.
- Champion adherence to quality standards, compliance mandates, and robust documentation at every stage.
- Drive structured post-project evaluations and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- 8-10+ years of total experience, with at least 4-5 years as a Project Manager in the FinTech, SaaS, or BFSI sector.
- Proven experience delivering projects involving web/mobile technologies (experience with Node.js, Angular, MongoDB, MySQL, Docker, RabbitMQ, Elastic Search is a plus).
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project).
- Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Strong leadership, organisation, and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder coordination, and presentation abilities.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification preferred.
- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related fields.
